The Rank Ladder

Promotion comes through activity, trust, and staff approval

Boss Top leadership. Sets direction, approves major decisions. One per network.

Underboss The boss's right hand. Oversees all capos across servers and settles disputes.

Capo Leads their own territory, group, or crew — Minecraft, FiveM, or GMod.

Soldier Full member with a vote in their own group and access to all kits on every server.

Associate On probation. Passed the application and is learning the rules in practice.
