The Code

Five shared articles for the whole network — plus a few rules specific to each server.

Everyone who steps into The Mafia Town — whether on Minecraft, FiveM, GMod, or Discord — accepts the code below. It is short on purpose: you should be able to remember it without looking it up mid-deal.

I

Loyalty

  1. No scamming, cheating, or double-dealing against other members.
  2. Griefing of other members' buildings, vehicles, or territory is forbidden.
  3. Never falsely report another member to staff for personal gain.
II

Respect

  1. Harassment, hate speech, and discrimination are not tolerated — in-game or on Discord.
  2. New members are treated with the same respect as OG's. No gatekeeping.
  3. Staff decisions are respected in the moment — disagreements go through the appeals system, not the chat.
III

Territory

  1. Claimed areas are inviolable. Always ask before building close to someone else's claim.
  2. Territory disputes must be arranged with staff in advance, so all parties know the terms.
  3. Public areas (spawn, markets, roads) may not be blocked or taken over.
IV

Business

  1. Real-money transactions for in-game advantages (RMT) outside the shop are forbidden.
  2. Prices and deals struck in Trading & Back Alley must be honored once agreed.
  3. Dupes and bug exploits must be reported — not exploited.
V

Justice

  1. All sanctions can be appealed via Support & Complaints within 14 days.
  2. Staff must be able to justify any sanction on request.
  3. The same offense is treated the same, regardless of rank, server, or seniority.

Minecraft

Minecraft
  • No redstone builds that needlessly load the server (TPS killers).
  • Farms must be placed at least 200 blocks from spawn.
  • PvP only in marked zones, unless both parties agree otherwise.

FiveM

FiveM
  • Stay in character (IC) during RP scenes — use OOC chat for everything else.
  • RDM and VDM (killing/running someone over with no RP reason) get an immediate warning.
  • New Life Rule applies: your character doesn't remember the circumstances of their death.

GMod

GMod
  • Prop spam, prop surfing, and prop killing outside approved gamemodes are forbidden.
  • NSFW addons, models, and skins are not allowed on the server.
  • FailRP and metagaming in DarkRP/TTT are enforced as RP violations, not shrugged off.

The Punishment Ladder

How a sanction escalates on repeat offenses

Step 1

Warning

A verbal or written note on your record. No in-game consequence.

Step 2

Suspension

A temporary ban, typically 24–72 hours, depending on severity.

Step 3

Expulsion

Permanent removal from the family — applies across all three servers. Can be appealed once after 30 days.
